Running technology at scale requires an operating culture where every change has a rollback plan, every alert has a runbook, every incident becomes institutional knowledge, and every engineer knows the business outcome they protect. Technical excellence is necessary — but operational excellence is what survives the night of the bad deploy and the morning of the regulator's call.
